If you identify a compliance issue or need advice on the fundamental principles set out in the Code of Conduct, mateco always has an open door.

The contact person for employees may be in the immediate work environment, for example a supervisor, manager or local HR partner. In the case of third parties, the contact person may be the local compliance officer.

We encourage you to speak up freely and confidentially and to raise concerns in good faith without fear of retaliation.
