Electronic Invoices with mateco Slovakia
mateco Slovakia s.r.o. offers its customers the option to receive invoices in electronic form. This solution provides several practical benefits – faster delivery, environmentally friendly paper savings, and easier document archiving.
How Electronic Invoicing Works
Based on the customer’s consent, invoices are sent directly to the specified e-mail address in PDF format. This document is a fully valid tax document in accordance with §71 par. 2 of Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax.
The customer is obliged to:
provide the e-mail address where invoices will be delivered,
ensure exclusive access to this address, as it is considered a trade secret,
immediately notify any changes to the contact address,
inform the supplier without delay if the invoice has not been delivered.
Customer Rights
The consent to electronic invoicing can be withdrawn at any time by sending a written request to the supplier.
