Once again a stronger mateco Group: successful acquisition of SICO RENT by STATECH on the czech market

       The acquisition of SICO RENT by STATECH, a member of the mateco Group, which took place on October 3, 2025, marked an important step in the development of equipment rental services on the Czech market. By joining two stable and experienced companies, a stronger foundation was created – enabling an expanded fleet, better equipment availability, and a more efficient response to customer needs.

       This acquisition also strengthened the entire mateco Group. A larger base, broader coverage, and closer cooperation between teams across the region have brought benefits to all branches, including Slovakia.

       For customers, services continued without changes, while the availability of equipment and opportunities for regional collaboration have further improved as a result of the acquisition.
